Returns and Refunds Policy

The following information is a summary of our official policy which is contained in our Terms and Conditions.

Faulty Products

We stand behind our products 100%. If there is a manufacturing defect or fault with any product we want to know about it.

We will, free of charge, repair or, at our option, replace Goods which are damaged or defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or design for a period of 6 months after despatch of the Goods.

If you find a fault with a product:

  • Stop using it immediately.
  • Contact us to discuss the issue.
  • Fill in our Returns form and get an RMA number before you ship anything back to us.

We may request that you provide us with additional information or photos before we make a decision.

Our returns policy does not allow you to return product  if you have caused the fault through misuse, modification or unauthorised repair.

Products damaged in shipping.

Please contact us and notify us of the damage as soon as possible.

All claims for goods damaged during shipping must be received within seven days of the goods being received.

Please keep all packaging and if possible send us photos of the damage.

Returning incorrectly ordered or unwanted products.

If you have ordered the wrong product or changed your mind and wish to return a product for a refund or exchange then please note the following:

  • Fill in our Returns form and get an RMA number before you ship anything back to us.
  • The product must be returned to us at your expense.
  • The product must be received by us in an unused, resaleable condition and in its original packaging.
  • If it is more than 14 days since the goods were delivered then you will be charged a restocking fee of 10% or a minimum of $10
  • Goods sold as "clearance" products, "cut to size" products software and special orders are not able to be returned.
