We attempt to accurately determine the relevant delivery options and the correct delivery charge based on the items you have purchased and your delivery address.
In some situations we may need to make changes to the delivery charges after you submit your order.
If any changes to pricing are necessary you will be advised of this and will be given the opportunity to revise or cancel your order. Should you choose to cancel any payment will be refunded to you promptly.
For orders for delivery to an address in New Zealand
Goods will be shipped within 48 hours using a standard courier service. A courier tracking number will be provided as soon as it is available.
The courier service will not normally leave a parcel if there is no one to sign for it so please keep this in mind if you are having goods sent to a residential address.
It is often simpler to have the goods shipped to you at a work or another commercial premises.
Please ensure you have provided us with the correct address and a phone number.
For International Orders
Goods will be shipped via DHL or FedEx and the tracking number will be provided as soon as it is available.
The buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes or other charges payable on the goods being delivered.
The buyer is also responsible for determining whether any of the items purchased are prohibited or restricted.
Pickup from Store
Because MAKERshop is operated part-time from a residential address you will need to make an appointment if you wish to collect your goods from our store.
In general pickups are only available outside normal business hours and on weekends and are by appointment only.
